垂直植物工廠是在完全密閉條件下，通過高精度的環(huán)境控制體系，在垂直立體空間上實現(xiàn)計劃性周年生產(chǎn)的高效農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)。它是一個節(jié)省人力的生產(chǎn)模式，利用計算機對植物生長的溫度、濕度、光照、CO2濃度以及營養(yǎng)液等環(huán)境條件進行自動控制，使設(shè)施內(nèi)植物生長不受或極少受自然條件制約。此次展出的垂直植物工廠占地面積300㎡，展示8層立體的環(huán)保智能系統(tǒng)，包括人工光技術(shù)、營養(yǎng)液循環(huán)技術(shù)以及管式微環(huán)境精準(zhǔn)調(diào)控技術(shù)等。
Vertical plant factory
Vertical plant factory is a highly efficient agricultural system for continuous crop production. This system is achieved by making full use of vertical space as well as high-precision environmental control. It is a labor-saving production mode in which the temperature, humidity, illumination, CO2 concentration and nutrient solution are automatically controlled by computer, so that plant growth is not or seldom restricted by natural conditions. The showing plant factory covers 300 square meters. It mainly demonstrates an eight-layer vertical cultivation system which is eco-friendly standardized and intelligent environment-controlled. It contains multiple technologies including artificial light technology, nutrient circulation technology, and the technology of precise regulation in micro-environment.
